The attic Klínovec apartment is named after the highest, 1,244 m high peak of the Krušné Hory Mountains with the dominant of the lookout tower, which dates back to 1817. It is located on the 3rd floor of the right part of the villa, situated on the edge of a quiet spa zone. Minimal traffic in the area guarantees undisturbed rest. Moreover, the front rooms (one bedroom and a living room) have a wonderful view of the Jáchymov valley. The apartment with an area of 68 m², 4 rooms + kitchenette, consists of three bedrooms, the first with a double bed and one single bed, the second with two single beds and the third with a double bed, as well as a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge with freezer, electric hob, kitchen extractor hood, and dishwasher), a hallway and two bathrooms with toilets. Maximum occupancy of the apartment is 8 persons (7 standard beds and 1 extra bed); a baby cot and a high chair are available on request. Dogs of smaller breeds are welcome. For a pleasant time with friends we offer a common room on the ground floor of the villa. Each apartment has a lockable ski locker with a boot dryer in the ski room and a lockable bike room is available with direct access from the car park. As a new convenience, there is a parking space with a private charging station for electric cars.
